Default UNID SSer 12/23/2015 - 1150 khz (XERM?)

It sure sounds like equis-eh-r-meh around :10 in this clip. I do need to get confirmation from another person, but could this be Mexicali, BCN? Practically all alone on 1150 at 1730 PT tonight.

I hear "cincuenta mil watts de potencia". That's not XERM (listed 1/0.06).

At about :26-28, I hear "Guadalajara, Jalisco". That would be XEAD, which does match 50 kW (1 kW night). I pulled up the address, and I can make out parts of it in the script, especially "Fraccionamiento Monraz".

    The whole text is:

"Está usted escuchando XEAD-AM, en el 1150 de amplitud modulada con cincuenta mil watts de potencia transmitiendo desde sus estudios en Avenida México 31-50, Fraccionamiento Monraz, Guadalajara, Jalisco..."

It took me 40 minutes to hear this station ID on their stream.

Wow, what a surprise! Thank you Raymie for IDing my unid 1150 - this is a NEW station! Most likely on the 50KW day stick, instead of 1000 watt night, distance 2045 miles!
I was hearing SS on 900 before this...probably XEW (not needed). Thanks again, and happy holidays!

I feel like I'm the Mexican Santa Claus. But if I were, I'd be delivering my presents on January 6.

I listened to 40 minutes of Radio Metrópoli just to catch this ID. Now I can tell you all about the new operating rooms at the Zapopan hospital that can't be used yet because they haven't gotten permits from the State Commission for Protection from Sanitary Risks.
