Default Unid 92.7 with Jewelry store ad

There isn't much to go with here, because my program only caught a brief snippet of this ad before the station faded below the darn threshold, but hoping I can nail this based on the name of the jewelry store ad.

This was 7-15-16 some time in the afternoon. People in PA were getting stations in Minnesota if that helps. Also noted a sports station and an AC playing Walk The Moon's Shut Up and Dance followed by Hey Soul Sister by Train. Skip must not have lasted long or been strong enough for much else.

"Howard Jewelers"...? There's one in Queens Village, NY, another in Perrysburg, OH (Toledo area, no 92.7).

I don't think it's Howard's Jewelers which would include a Cleveland area chain.

I almost heard Fowler but maybe it's just the Cubs fan in me...

Would a regional Mexican station (such as the one in Queens) air English ads like that though? I will have to listen through headphones. Good suggestions though.

How about Holland Jewellers, and there's one in Delaware (and I've had the 92.7 in DE via Es from south-central ON on very short-haul Es). There may be others by that same name. Anyhow, that is what I think I hear and I feel fairly confident...

Well, Justin, consider your first thought a good one. I know I often come here looking to confirm something I suspect. No question, IMO.

WGMD 92.7 from Rehoboth Beach, DE would make sense since it's right near Lewes which has a Holland Jewelers. Tempted to count it considering where skip was falling that day.

You guys are awesome. Season in and season out. I still suck at iding stations.
