Hi Ed, I took your advice and joined the WTFDA. I am on the WTFDA DX Bulletin Board so I will be on there during the late night & early morning hours if there is DX
in my area or to chat & see what you are receiving when there is no DX in my location. What is the status on your antennas? Last I heard is that a storm knocked your big 7 foot Channel Master 4251 antenna sideways.

Cool... I'll see you on the BB if we ever get any late night tropo... Conditions have been stinko for quite some time... Best DX, lately, was KERA 14/13 Dallas at 565 mi but that was just a fluke. For the most part tropo has been dismal. To make matters worse I'm back in the thunderstorm rut, again, so the DX equipment will spend most of the time unplugged. I hope things will improve this Fall... They usually do.

I've begun repairs on the VHF antenna, damaged in the March 1st storm, but it'll be a while, yet... Hope to have it back in the air by Fall tropo season. I'm currently using just the P-7 UHF parabolic.
