    682 stations in any band is an accomplishment. But with DTV stations - that's really something. For that ability and his level of participation in our community, Jeff will be missed

    Very sad to learn of this. (I have been out of the DX loop lately.)

    Jeff will be remembered as North America's premier TV DXer.

    He was always helpful to me when I asked him for advice. I borrowed the idea of what I call production-line TV DXing from Jeff. Using multiple TVs/VCRs on the low-band brought me many logs via Es, especially Mexicans - thanks to Jeff.

    He will be missed .

    Just a brief comment about Jeff K1MOD's website - there is a distinct possibility in the near future his timeless dx information will be recovered and restored as a memorial to him on the WTFDA.org website, similar to what was done recently for Pat WA5IYX. In the past couple years we have lost some of the great dxers and we do not want to forget their contributions.
