  • I Am Looking For A New Table Radio

As posted above, I am looking for anew table radio. I am considering an HD radio because they seem to be feature rich. Anyway, it has been years since I bought a table radio. What are some of the more sensitive and feature rich radios available?

I've had good luck with CC Crane.

      Sangean HDR-18

I bought a Sangean HDR-18. I still have a somewhat dated Radiosophy HD100, too. I will say that Sangean has definitely made some improvements on this radio vs. older ones.

I just got one of these too and I love it so far. Amazing sound quality for such a small radio. There's not many HD stations here (I've picked up 3 FM and 2 AM so far) but the ones I can receive sound pretty good. Excellent reception on the analog FM stations with my rooftop antenna (Diamond D130J) though, and decent on AM analog.

I've got two Sony's. Found the last for for $5 at Goodwill. I have seen a couple here on the Oregon Coast at Goodwill's. The Sony's are the best I have ever seen, if you can find one.
