ERP - H = Effective Radiated Power, Horizontal Pattern
ERP - V = Effective Radiated Power, Vertical Pattern

HAAT - H = Height Above Average Terrain, Horizontal
HAAT - V = Height Above Average Terrain, Vertical

The ERP is the transmitter's actual final output power going out over the air. The HAAT is the placement of the antenna on the tower. Some stations have the broadcast antenna adjusted to maximize for a horizontal pattern, thus the same for a vertical pattern. The height is also what is authorized by the FCC (US) as well as most government broadcast licensing agencies.
