It looks like this is the "Full 94": http://www.full94.com/ - It is owned by Grupo AzĂșcar.

The list, which I am learning quickly is incomplete, gives these 94.1s:

"Sociedad Comercial 440, C. por A. Fidelity 94.1 Santo Domingo
Radio Rumbo FM, S.A. Rumbo FM 94.1 Valverde"

One source says Full came to air March 2, 2011. They have a site and everything. Log it - it's not the only Dominican omission.

Looking at the PI codes, La 91's is odd: KTEO. I think I know why, though:

"La 91 surge de la inventiva visionaria de Teo Veras y José Bonilla..."

That's right, their PI code KTEO is named for one of their founders. They figure nobody will see it, so why not?

I am starting to think that getting RDS readouts leads into MORE confusion, than not having RDS at all!

We need one of those animated emojis where lips are strummed like a guitar with the finger, if you know what I mean.
