  • Spanish unid's

These two signals were via unattended recording late last summer. Perhaps someone fluent in Spanish can make out something identifiable.

The Aug 24th signal I hear mentions of "Chiapas" at 2:47 and "informato con Dominicanos" at 3:23. would not be surprised if this is XHTGU in Chiapas.

The Sept. 6 signal, suspect an uknown Cuban as short skip on TV2 from Miami was in.

The Aug 24th station is in fact Tuxtla Gutierrez Chiapas MX XHTGU 59 kW "La Radio de Todos" (SCRTV primary <government radio>) with talk about various government programs. Male voice is a representative of a Chiapas gov't dept, the woman is the interviewer. Can't be certain about the suspected Cuban station.
