Attached mp3 files are the 2nd of 4 batches of FM UNIDs
from the 8/9 Es opening from Dominican Republic/Puerto Rico direction,
needin ID help. I extracted only the portions of the tape where their seemed
to be IDable material. Channels were often 2 deep in this unusual opening.

93.9 probably HIRN Bonao, DR the only station listed from the country.
Even though this my most DXed frequency, I've only ID'ed these guys by matching to the live stream. http://www.novel93.com/
They don't seem to ID very often but there is a female announcer who begins her talk with greeting "hola hola hola"

94.1 #1 nice ID at the end "Fidelity" = HINO Santo Domingo, DR http://www.fidelityfm.net/

95.3 undoubtly HIRD Santo Domingo, DR "Radio Educativa Dominicana" , the only station on the freq and is educational talk

95.5 I hear Cuban mentions and this may be Radio Trinchera in Guantamano, Cuba.

96.5 not sure, maybe "Amorosa FM" Puerto Plata, DR. That pronunciation is odd, may not be an ID

The announcer at 27 seconds into clip specifically mentions activities in Salón, Pinar del Rio and repeats mentions of Salón two other times in the duration of the clip.

I hadn't thought to look it up on a map before posting, but it took some digging on Google Cuba to locate the name. Salón, Pinar del Rio, is technically Sandino. Besides the provinces (such as Pinar del Rio), Cuba also has provincial districts, such as Salón Provincial Distrito, which encompasses Sandino. I wonder if those might be similar to a county in the US? Perhaps the radio station is outside of the city limits of Sandino and the government labels it with the Provincial District name. ??? I was able to locate the name Salón from Pinar del Rio's cultural website. I suppose it could be labeled Sandino.

While I was at it, I tried to locate a map on the internet that shows the Provincial Districts for Cuba but I am almost of the conclusion there isn't any available on the internet. Researching Cuba on the internet is two steps forward, one step back.
