    Hi Randy,

At 01:39 in the 1903 clip I hear "80's, 90's y más - Mix". Likely XHSAT in Villahermosa, Tabasco.

AH! I thought that's what I heard, but it sounded funny at first. Thanks Jon.

        Randy,

There is a religious station at the beginning of the 1903 clip up to 00:52, when it is taken over by XHSAT. Not sure who this is.

Jon, do you hear what I hear on this one: "...FM y 1180 AM" with grupera music
I cannot match a 91.9 to 1180 AM. It's mixing with Exa FM Ciudad Mante, TAM.

            Hi Randy,

I hear the same thing as you. I think this is a new station called XEYA/XHYA La Picosa Irapuato in Irapuato, Guanajuato. http://www.radioirapuato.com/radiogrupo/picosa

I found some Facebook posts from their employees announcing their programs, clearly mentioning both frequencies: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Rayito...849154?sk=wall , http://www.facebook.com/pages/LA-PIC...15474721809017

That's it Jon. I had suspected a new station in the area. Everything else in Guanajuato was in at the same time, it all fits together. Fred Cantu's site doesn't have XHYA yet, but the March 2011 list from the Mexican government does, and shows XHYA at 3kw. There are dozens of new Mexican FM stations that have gone on the air this last year. There must have been a sale on transmitters. Nice work, sir Watson.
