unID 4's from 8-8

Hi

I had a doctor's appointment on Monday, but I knew that the DX was rolling in...I set the VCR on ch 4---aside from Venevision, Caracol & CERTV, I spotted these two images.....they *may* be names of TV stations or shows, but I have no idea.

The "4K" was onscreen for a while, like technical difficulties....the "Agiba" or "Agira" looks like a music video program. There was small print under "Agiba" but I have no idea.

Here's the 4K...I wanted it monochrome, sorry.

Note: I suspect both of these are part of CERTV's sked.....I hope not. Looks interesting, both.
