Looking for recommendations for a decent portable radio for FM

Looking for recommendations for a decent portable radio for FM. My RadioShack DX-398 (a Sangean ATS909 clone) just doesn't cut it. I currently use an SDR but that's really clumsy to take to the Lake Michigan shoreline. RBDB required, decent AM/SW performance would be a plus. Thanks.

If you look on Amazon for "TEF6686", several sellers should pop up. TEF6686 is a radio chip with amazingly selectivity and the sellers have added necessary parts to put this chip into a box to make an actual radio. These sell for a pretty wide range of between $100-$200, but at the heart are all the same radio receiver. Good luck!

There are two recent threads on the TEF6866. Go here for one.
It just came from Amazon. Ordered it Friday night. Everyone says it's a really hot radio. We will see.

The TEF6686 is a game changer. I can get stations right next to my Cincinnati locals 24/7/365.

This was the model that I ordered August 8 2023
