TEF6686 now has experimental FM DX settings with scan

TEF6686 now has experimental FM DX mode with scanning.

I suggested to Sjef PE5PVB to create this feature and he did it within a few days. Linking with PC and XTR-GTK allows full logging of rare catches too. v2.00.12 onwards

This provides pretty much the same feature set as seen in SDR# with the RDS auto logger.

I have been scanning and auto logging all my quiet frequencies in readiness for Sporadic-E openings soon.
