    WTFDA PI to Callsign converter

Hello, I think there is a glitch in the code. (https://db.wtfda.org/rds1.html) My local powerhouse WHYI transmits 199C and your algorithm translates it to KDQQ (non existent station). I noticed because the same code seems to have been implemented in my Chinese TEF6686 receiver which instead of WHYI shows KDQQ .

There's no glitch. Just follow along with this.............
WHYI's PI code is 699c. That is, it should be but iHeart got their little fingers into it and changed it to 199c. All iHeart stations begin their PI codes with a one. I forget the reason behind it but it's unique to iHeart owned stations.
That 199c would also be KDQQ's PI code, if KDQQ existed.
Anyway, the database had to be changed to show the PI as 199c and not 699c.
In some cases the database will show two stations with identical PI codes and you can see why.l
