    72 MHz & SCA old receiver (well 67 MHz)

    Just a oddity: It's a receiver that is offered at my local facebook marketplace, a receiver for the old service of "Tele -Onda Musical" on 72 MHz and SCA, as seen in the picture. I know some of you than logged it. (I never get the 67 MHz)

      Are there any SCA left?

        SCA is still being used. A common use is for talking book services for the blind like Radio Talking Book. The somewhat private delivery gets around copyright issues.

        The best that I found in a quick check was a 2018 list of New York City FM stations transmitting SCA material. See:
        ARCANE RADIO TRIVIA: New York SCA Subcarrier Radio Stations (tenwatts.blogspot.com)
        I would expect that a fair number of those SCA's are still being transmitted.
