UNID commercial for an appliance store. It sounds like 'Art Connell Appliance' in 'Beau Valley', or 'Bovalle', or something of that pronunciation. Nothing fits.
I'm thinking it's a Canadian as I had KQLZ New England ND on 95.7 mixed with the SD/NE action. This was one of the craziest Es events I've heard, especially being in the dead of winter, in the evening, with super-strong signals up to 108. I went out to Selah WA and parked the car next to a hillside that blocked a lot of the LP Yakima stations, ended up getting 103.5 North Platte, 104.5 Cozad NE and a tentative KLND 89.5 Little Eagle SD with this method :-)
