Last night (1/18/2023) was a little interesting for me, as this is the second time I've experienced tropo to the north as extreme as this. Here's a log of most of the catches from that night:
- KMVX-FM 101.9 / Monroe, LA / 97kW / 148 mi. [relog]
- KMXH-FM 93.9 / Alexandria, LA / 7.3kW / 91 mi. [relog]
- KZRZ-FM 98.3 / West Monroe, LA / 50kW / 180 mi.
- KAPB-FM 97.7 / Marksville, LA / 6kW / 65 mi.
- Over local KVOL-AM repeater, K249EY.
- WBAD-FM 94.3 / Leland, MS / 50kW / 239 mi.
- KWCL-FM 96.7 / Oak Grove, LA / 23kW / 195 mi.
- KQUS-FM 97.5 / Hot Springs, AR / 100kW / 309 mi.
- KMYY-FM 92.3 / Rayville, LA / 25kW / 166 mi.
- KTHT-FM 97.1 / Cleveland, TX / 100kW / 191 mi.
- This was interesting, as while the tropo path was mostly going north during this time, this was the only Texan outlier during the entire tropo session.
- KQID-FM 93.1 / Alexandria, LA / 97kW / 111 mi.
- Plus all three HD sub-channels!
- KBAN-FM 91.5 / DeRidder, LA / 20.5kW / 83 mi.
- WJLV-FM 94.7 / Jackson, MS / 97kW / 178 mi.
- KSSN-FM 95.7 / Little Rock, AR / 92kW / 337 mi.
- Tentative, as the only indicator for a bumper was for the After Midnight show. But it lined up with the web-stream I referenced at the time, so I'm a little confident in this station being the one I caught.
- WBBV-FM 101.3 / Vicksburg, MS / 13kW / 168 mi.
- KSLO-FM 105.3 / Simmesport, LA / 3kW / 58 mi.
- KBKK-FM 105.5 / Ball, LA / 6kW / 101 mi. [relog]
- W234DH-FM 94.7 / Norco, LA / 250w / 51 mi.
- WMPK-FM 93.5 / Summit, MS / 6kW / 123 mi.
- KMVX-FM 101.9 / Monroe, LA / 97kW / 148 mi. [relog]
