7-20-23 E-Skip from Mexico - Station Not in WTFDA DB

On July 20 at 13:56 CT, I logged a Mexico station via Es that isn't listed in the WTFDA database: 88.1 XHANC "Radio Da Vinci" in Cancún, Quintana Roo. Receiver was a Sangean PR-D15 portable. Here's a 43-second clip of the logging with a Katy Perry song ending, followed by station/brand IDs, address and telephone number:
